- Under other circumstances where permitted under the Act.

- For the purposes for which we have advised that we are collecting it and for purposes that the individual would reasonably expect.
- To our professional advisers including accountants, auditors and lawyers.
- To Government and regularity authorities and other organisations as may be required or authorised by law;

UPDATING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATIONSecurcorp takes all reasonable precautions to ensure that the personal information we collect, use and disclose is accurate, complete and up to date. However, the accuracy of that information depends to a large extent on the information you provide. Securcorp reserves the right to charge a fee for searching for and providing access to your information.
