Securcorp Limited (ACN 088 919 377) is the Fund Manager of the Securcorp Mortgage Income Scheme ("The Fund"). Securcorp holds an Australian Financial Services License (No. 244437).

To provide a high yield, fixed term, fixed distribution investment secured by registered mortgages over quality real estate.

The Fund is suitable for all investors who wish to diversify their investment portfolios and produce regular income.

$10,000; however the minimum amount may be increased in certain mortgage investments. There is no maximum amount you can invest.

Usually 3 to 24 months.

Distributions are paid to your nominated bank account monthly in arrears commencing the date your monies are placed into a mortgage investment.

Investors can choose to give Securcorp a general authority to make investment choices on their behalf or alternatively they can choose their own mortgage investments.
